You are invited to complete the St Colman's Post 16 Application Form. Download the attachment to open the form in Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader. When you are finished, email to sixthform@stcolmanshs.org

We will acknowledge receipt of the Application Form and be in touch prior to GCSE Results Day 12th August 2021.

Please feel free to contact reception to book a 15 minute meeting with a member of our Post 16 Team from 8th June - 25th June 2021 to process your Application and receive a conditional offer letter.

All applicants will need to call back to St Colman's High & Sixth Form College on GCSE Results Day - 12th August 2021, with their results to confirm their offer and receive their letter of acceptance. Heads of Departments will be available on this date to discuss subject before confirming subject choices.
