Application Form
Download the Application Form and open the form in Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader. When you are finished, click Submit button in the form to return your application to St Colman's High & Sixth Form College via email.
You can use Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader to fill in this form on computer, tablet or mobile phone.
We will acknowledge receipt of the Application Form and be in touch prior to GCSE Results Day 20th August 2020 to arrange a timed interview via phone/zoom.
